At Ohana Circle, we believe care should feel like family.

 

The word Ohana means family—and to us, family means no one is every left behind. That belief is at the heart of everything we do. We provide compassionate, dependable home care designed to support individuals and families with dignity, respect, and genuine human connection.

We understand that inviting someone into your home is a deeply personal decision. That's why we focus not just on services, but on relationships. Our caregivers treat every client as they would their own loved ones-listening, advocating, and showing up with consistency and kindness.

Our caregivers are carefully selected, background checked, trained, and supervised to ensure consistent, reliable, and respectful care. We serve clients through private pay, Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and other approved payer programs as applicable.

Our Story

Ohana Circle Home Care Agency was born from my own family's journey.

​When my father began to age, our family faced the same questions so many families do: Was he safe? Was he truly being cared for the way he deserved?  We wanted him to remain in the comfort of his home, surrounded by familiarity, dignity, and love.  Like many families, we turned to home care services—and in that moment, I didn't just become a daughter navigating elder care.  I became his caregiver.

​As his assigned home care worker, I was there day in and day out.  I saw firsthand how meaningful compassionate, consistent care can be—not just for the client, but for the entire family. I also learned how critical it is to have caregivers who treat clients like family, not tasks on a schedule.

 

​That experience changed me.

​I opened my eyes to the gaps families face and the peace of mind that quality home care can provide.  I realized I wanted to create something better—an agency built on empathy, respect, and genuine connection.  An agency where no family feels alone in the caregiving journey.

​That's why Ohana Circle exists today. Because Ohana means family, and at Ohana Circle, we truly believe no family should ever be left behind.

Accepted Payment & Insurance Options:

As a non-medical home care agency, we accept Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), insurance networks that contract with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Programs, Private Pay, Worker's Compensation Insurers, Act 150 program participants, Community Health Choices (CHC), and the Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network. Ohana Circle is a licensed Home Care Agency in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Our license ensures our compliance with state-mandated standards for care delivery and personnel requirements.

The administrative office is open Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While our office follows these standard hours, we provide essential care services and on-call support to our families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
